Cancellation Policy

Cancellation on the day of arrival - a charge of 100% of the cost of the reservation.

2-7  days before arrival – we will charge 80% of the cost of the reservation.

8-14  days before the day of arrival - a charge of 50% of the cost of the reservation.

15-29  days before the day of arrival - a charge of 33% of the cost of the reservation.

30  days or more before the day of arrival - NIS 100 per room.

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.

​Each reservation will be charged an advance of NIS 100 for each room booked. This earnest money will be deducted from the final bill and will not be refunded in case of cancellation or change of date.
